Interesting perspective - I like looking at the pro-side (I am only too familiar with the negative) That being said (On the negative side) 11. Chrysler LLC announcing 10,000 more jobs to be cut. 12. Kmart, Jacobson's, Covansys are gone too. 13. "The Monarch" development in Troy, MI being scrapped. 14. The old K-Mart headquarters redevelopment apparrantly stalled. 15. The dollar falling fast and making Tier 2 and 3 suppliers in the Detroit area bigger targets for Asia and India. And on the Up side 11. It can't get much worse (or can it?) Okay.
