It’s all about getting to positive cash flow as soon as possible, isn’t it?

I received another email from a “guru” bragging about the apartment building deal that one of his students did that was “no money down”. I read further into his sales pitch and found that it wasn’t a no money down deal. Big surprise.

Actually the apartment building. Discovered and dispatched my first squatter yesterday. It was a lot easier than it could have been. I made a mistake and I was lucky that it didn’t cost me.
