Looked at another of the Apartment Bus Tour Buildings today at lunch. All I can say is WOW. Talk about a sleeper. Good condition, no deferred maintenance, good mechanicals, large units – and in the City of Detroit. I used to swear that I would NEVER buy in the city. But this one would make a great first timer apartment building. I’ll post pics and video after the Tour – the attendees get first dibs.
