Cash Flow Real Estate Investing TV: Beware of the Robo Wholesalers!!

I long ago stopped paying attention the the emails I get from “wholesalers”. Most of them don’t know the markets they’re playing in, and the ones that do generally overprice their wares.

But a couple of days ago I received an email from one of these “Robo-Wholesalers” about a house that was right around the corner from three rental houses that I own. So I know that market. Cold.

It was clear from his email that he didn’t. His asking price was within $2500 of ARV, and his stated ARV was $5000 below where I was buying houses – THREE years ago.

So if you’re just starting out, be careful and BEWARE the Robo Wholesalers!
